Milana started her musical career at age four. The daughter of two musicians, she studied piano for ten years while she cultivated her passion for urban music. Discovered by Compression Records through Limp Bizkit's DJ Lethal's family, she has co-written all songs on the album (except Sade's "No Ordinary Love") introducing a young style of pop/hip-hop and a language that's very familiar to her peers. Her live performances are powerful and intense, to the point that one forgets she's not an adult. Her extensive knowledge of music allows her to appreciate Chopin's Nocturnes as well as Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott's "sonnets". Listening to her lyrics one would think that she has experienced much more in life than her 16 years would lead you to believe. Her worldliness and music will touch your soul.
